Telesales Manager

This is a great opportunity to join a successful local company with over 21 years experience in office furniture.

The company deals with customers at all levels, selling office furniture to businesses and contract customers.

Your role will be to lead and develop a team of individuals at various levels of skills and experience.

You will have strong man management skills & the ability to build rapport with your team whilst still being able to lead and develop each member individually.

Previous Team Leader, sales team management experience is essential.

Duties include supervising the internal sales team, entering customer orders, handling customer enquiries, CAD drawings, quoting price and delivery of products.

Experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX or a propriety CRM/OP system would be an advantage.

Salary £25,000 - £35,000 Subject to experience.


Telesales Sales Executive

This is a great opportunity to join a successful local company with over 21years of office furniture experience.

The company deals with customers at all levels, selling office furniture to businesses and contract customers.

Your role will be to answer incoming sales enquiries and convert them to orders. Maintain an existing customer base as well as pro-actively generating new business whilst providing a quality customer service.

Duties will include entering customer orders, handling customer enquiries, quoting prices and delivery dates. You will also be trained to operate CAD office planning software.

The role will be supported by a dedicated mentor and we will provide training and development to assist the successful applicant to grow into their role.

This is a permanent position. Hours of work are five days a week, Monday to Friday. 9am-5.30pm

Salary £16,000 - £22,000 Subject to experience.

Purchasing Manager

This is a great opportunity to join a successful local company with over 21years of office furniture experience.

The company deals with customers at all levels, selling office furniture to businesses and contract customers.

Your role would be to control the purchasing, goods inwards and material stock functions.

You will possess the following skills:

  • Good management skills, promoting the ethics of the business and leading by example.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with an understanding of supplier identification.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Be an energetic enthusiastic and solutions driven professional with a 'hands-on' approach.

Salary £17,000 - £25,000 Subject to experience.
