Inside the back of every Therapod Orthopaedic office chair is a flexible polycarbonate/ABS shell mounted on a steel rib cage for added strength. the shell is made to flex and contort to fit the characteristics of the user's back by the adjustment of four hidden lumbar straps. Known as dynamic seating, this unique system allows lateral movement and twisting actions while providing optimal spinal support.
