Inter County Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your legal rights.

Prices and specifications Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted are for collection from our warehouse and do not include delivery or VAT. We reserve the right to amend prices or specifications at any time. All sizes quoted are nominal.

Warehouse collections of stock items can be made by prior appointment.

Delivery to most parts of the UK mainland is from 10% of the catalogue price and covers delivery to the ground floor, it does not include unpacking, assembly or installation.

Our Installation service is available at extra cost, this includes delivery to the appropriate floor, assembly, positioning and the removal of all packaging materials.

Payment terms for approved accounts are 30 days from the date of invoice. Local Authorities, Schools, Universities, Government depts and the NHS qualify for an instant 30 day account. Otherwise payment is due prior to delivery.

Ownership does not pass to the purchaser until full payment has been made to the seller for all contracts between the buyer and seller for which the full price of the goods has not been paid. Risk in respect of goods passes to the purchaser at the time of delivery.

Guarantees cover the construction and working parts, should a failure occur we will repair or replace free of charge. All products are covered by a minimum one year guarantee.

Discrepancy claims for shortages, wrong items and faulty or damaged goods, must be notified to us in writing within 48 hours of the delivery being made.

Cancellationand returns: Items that are manufactured in special sizes or colours for a customer cannot be cancelled and must be paid for in full even if the goods are no longer required. Items that are ordered in error or not required may be returned and we must be notified in writing within 7 working days of delivery. We reserve the right to make a collection charge and to business customers a re-stocking charge.
